Two plans, per mailbox

EmailGPT is billed per account. One account is one mailbox, one email address. Standard is every AI feature but two; Premium is all of them. Pay for the mailboxes you actually use the AI on, add another when you need it, stop when you do not.

One person buying a single mailbox and a company buying for its whole team pay the same way. There is no separate personal or business edition, and no minimum number of mailboxes.

Checking your payment link

The app filled this address in, so the subscription always lands on the right mailbox. Prices are per mailbox, in US dollars.

Plans

Billing period

In both plans

  • The full email client, with your mail on your own computer
  • AI Reply, drafted from your company documents
  • Translate a thread both ways, in 18 languages
  • Translate a document and keep its layout
  • Draft with AI while you write
Standard

$10 per mailbox, per month

Billed every month. Cancel any time and the AI features stay on until the end of the month you paid for.

$100 per mailbox, per year

Billed once a year, and one invoice instead of twelve. That is $8.33 a month, two months less than paying monthly.

Everything in both plans, without the two AI summarising features.

Not in Standard

  • AI Summary of a long thread or an attachment
  • The daily briefing: My Day and Smart Summary

Bought in the app: Settings, then Subscription. How that works

Sales tax or VAT, where your country charges it, is worked out and added by Paddle at checkout, from the country on your payment details. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for every order, so the receipt and the invoice come from Paddle and card details never reach us. See refunds and terms.

How to subscribe

Three steps, and it starts in the app

  1. Download and install

One installer for Windows 10 and 11. The email client works straight away, with or without a subscription.

  2. Sign in with your mailbox

Use the work email address you already have, with its password or with Microsoft sign-in. There is no separate account to create and no sign-up form on this site.

  3. Press Subscribe in Settings

Open Settings, then Subscription, then Subscribe. This page opens in your browser with your mailbox already filled in, you pick Standard or Premium, and Paddle takes the payment. The AI features unlock on the mailbox you signed in with.

Questions

Before you buy

What is the difference between the two plans?

AI Summary and the daily briefing. Standard has every other AI feature, including AI Reply, Translate and Draft with AI, and the whole email client. Premium adds those two.

Is this for a company, or can one person buy it?

Both, on the same terms. Buy one mailbox for yourself, or as many as your team needs. Companies usually also want their own documents behind AI Reply, which is set up once for the whole company; see the last question below.

What counts as one account?

One mailbox, that is, one email address. Two colleagues with their own addresses are two accounts. If you connect a second mailbox of your own and want AI on it too, that is a second account.

Where do I actually pay?

It starts in the app, under Settings, then Subscription, then Subscribe. That opens this page in your browser carrying the mailbox you signed in with, so the subscription always lands on the right account and nobody types an address wrong.

Can I change plan later?

Upwards, yes, and in one step. Press Subscribe in the app again and choose Premium: the subscription you already have is moved onto the new plan, so there is no second subscription and nothing for you to cancel. Paddle prorates the change, which means you pay the difference for the rest of the period you have already paid for, and the unused part of that payment is credited against what comes next. The exact amount is on screen before you confirm. Moving down to a smaller plan, or from yearly to monthly billing before the year ends, is not something the page can do: write to hello@aurelight.com and we will change it for you.

What happens when a subscription ends?

Your mail keeps working. The app stays installed, your mailboxes keep syncing and everything already on your computer stays there. Only the AI features stop until the subscription is active again.

How do I get an invoice or a receipt?

Paddle emails one for every payment to the address on the subscription, as Merchant of Record for the sale. If you need company details or a tax number on it, add them in the Paddle checkout or write to hello@aurelight.com.

Can I get a refund?

Paddle is the seller of record and decides refunds under its own policy and the consumer law where you live, one request at a time. Cancelling always stops the next charge. The details are on the refunds page.

Which payment methods work?

Checkout runs on Paddle, so the methods offered depend on your country. Cards are supported everywhere Paddle operates. We never see or store your card details.

Is my email sent to your servers?

Messages and attachments stay in local storage on your computer. When you ask for an AI action, the text of that message is sent to the AI service to produce the answer and is not kept as mail on our server. The privacy page spells out exactly what is stored.

What about a whole company?

Same price per mailbox, plus setup of your company knowledge base so AI Reply answers from your own documents. Start on the business page or write to hello@aurelight.com.
